Born and raised in Havre de Grace, Maryland, I have deep roots in Harford County. My family has called this area home for generations, and I am proud to continue that legacy. Growing up in this close-knit community, I attended Havre de Grace High School, where I participated in lacrosse and wrestling, embracing the values of teamwork and perseverance that have guided me throughout my life.

Upon graduating high school, I answered the call to serve our nation by joining the United States Navy. As a third-generation military veteran, I honorably served for eight years, embodying the Navy’s core values of honor, courage, and commitment. My time in the military instilled in me a profound sense of duty and responsibility, which continues to drive me today.

After completing my military service, I returned home to Harford County and began working at Aberdeen Proving Ground. There, I supported the warfighter and the War on Terror by testing and evaluating critical military equipment, ensuring our troops had the tools they needed to succeed. This work reinforced my dedication to problem-solving and improving systems that directly impact lives.

Ten years ago, I embarked on a new chapter by founding the BH Miller Group, a construction consulting firm. Through hard work and a commitment to excellence, the company has thrived, providing high-quality services to my clients. Running a successful business has taught me the importance of accountability, innovation, and meeting the needs of the community.

Now, I am running for Maryland State Senate to bring effective leadership, common sense, and dedication to Harford County and beyond. I believe in fostering opportunities for every resident, ensuring that our local economy remains strong, and addressing the challenges facing our community with pragmatic solutions. My goal is to create a better future for all Marylanders by focusing on what truly matters—supporting families, veterans, small businesses, and the hardworking people of our great state.
